The people at 3D World Magazine were so kind asking me to contribute to their magazine. Therefore, I wrote some pages on the novelties inside Reallflow 2012 giving advice on how to use the new Realflow 2012 features, i.e. Wet & Waterline, new settings and workflows as well as Retimer etc. If you are interested, you can grab an issue and maybe ask at your local magazine store for a discount…because this is Issue 152, and the new one (without me) will be in stores the day after tomorrow. Always in the fast lane…yeee-haw!

And for all those who don’t like reading that much, I will upload a new video tutorial very soon.

Do you have any tips on creating one big monster wave (frontal camera view) ?

      Hi Tobi,

glad you like my stuff here. Your question is slightly difficult to answer, beacsue there is so much more to think of in a real project, than just an idea ad a camera direction. As you are after a big monster wave, Hybrido could work, but there are also scenarios where I’d suggest using Standard particles or even a custom Realwave…difficult to tell without having more information.
